Farmers' Protest Live Updates: The Farmers' protest entred the third day on Thurdsday with protesters belonging to Bhartiya Kisan Union (Ekta Ugrahan) blocking the railway tracks in Punjab. The third round of talks between the farmer leaders and the government is also set to take place today at 5 pm.

The farmers have put forth 12 demands before the central government for which they're marching to Delhi. The protest this time has been called by Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (non-political) and Punjab Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee led by farmer union leaders Jagjeet Singh Dallewal and Sarwan Singh Pandher.

Amid the ongoing farmers protest, heavy security and multilayered has been deployed at the borders of the national capital and Section 144 has been imposed to averet any untoward incident.

The Gautam Buddha Nagar police have been is on high alert due to the Bharat Bandh call by the Noida United Kisan Morcha. Section 144 has been imposed in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district, and strict instructions have been issued to enforce it rigorously. This action comes in response to the Bharat Bandh call by the United Kisan Morcha. Section 144 will remain in effect throughout the district on February 16. Certain factions within a particular state are exploiting farmers for their own political gains... There has been no mention of a legal guarantee for MSP... We need to formulate agricultural policies that remain relevant until 2075 to mitigate financial disparities... MSP is a multifaceted issue, and those concerned should engage in constructive dialogue with us. I assure them that if I am unable to address all their queries, I will step down from the committee... This is merely a theatrical performance, designed to sow discord and fracture the unity of our nation..."
