Dwayne Johnson was confident about Jaume directing 'Jungle Cruise'

Los Angeles: WWE Wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne Johnson says he had faith in the directorial skills of Jaume Collet-Serra the moment he met him.

The 45-year-old actor, who is starring in 'Jungle Cruise' which will be helmed by Serra, says the Disney movie would be a great experience for his fans.

Johnson took to Twitter to express his excitement.

"I'm a gut and instincts guy. First time I met Jaume, I was confident he was the one. Visionary/edgy filmmaker. Excited for the fans #JungleCruise," he wrote, alongside a news article which confirmed Serra joining the crew.

Earlier, 'The Shallows' filmmaker was going to direct 'Suicide Squad 2'.
