Though there are many things you can do every day, here are some simple ways to keep your teeth strong and healthy:

1. One should brush at least twice daily, preferably after meals and before bed.

2.Floss your teeth at least once a day using a slow and gentle sawing motion.

3.Use fluoridated toothpaste that can help prevent tooth decay.

4.Change your toothbrush about every three months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.

5.Eat a healthy balanced diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables.

6.Include sources of protein such as meat, eggs, fish, beans, dairy foods and other non-dairy sources of protein in your daily diet.

7.To prevent tooth decay, one should limit themselves from sugary, acidic foods and drinks.
