Delhi doctors remove massive 7kg tumour from woman's kidney

New Delhi: In a rare case, doctors at the one of the city hospitals removed a massive 7kg tumour from a woman's kidney.

The surgery on the 35-year-old woman lasted for 6 hours and the doctors also managed to save the organ.

Doctors at BLK Super Speciality Hospital claim that the tumour had become abnormally big and it was essential to remove it as it had become life-threatening.

Reportedly, the woman had been gaining weight since the last six months and looked like a pregnant woman.

Following this, she had approached the doctors at the hospital complaining of unexpected abdominal swelling.
