New Delhi: Power ministers from states across the country will meet for a two-day conference in Goa starting on Thursday to review, plan and monitor the sector.
The conference, to be inaugurated by Power, Coal and Renewable Energy Minister Piyush Goyal will be attended by power ministers and secretaries of the state and union territories and senior officials of public sector undertakings of the ministry.
The conference aims to review implementation of various ongoing schemes, programmes and issues pertaining to the power, coal and renewable energy sectors.
