Bollywood’s 70mm treats for cine lovers in June 2012

Zeenews Bureau New Delhi: Come June and Bollywood lovers across the Indian subcontinent will be treated to the slew of promising movies encompassing different genres to cater to every segment of the audience. Starting from June 1, Akshay and Sonakshi will set the screen on fire with their solid pairing in ‘Rowdy Rathore’. As far as the teaser goes, Akshay’s daredevilry act and Sonakshi’s thumkas look alluring. Next, on June 8, Emraan Hashmi, Abhay Deol and Kalki Koechlin will take you on a roller-coaster ride with a thrilling story and their smashing performances in ‘Shanghai’. On June 15, get set for a ride with Boman Irani and Sharman Joshi in ‘Ferrari Ki Sawari’. The item number performed by Vidya Balan for the movie is already garnering much curiosity. Next to hit the marquee in June 22 is Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ which will tell a beautiful tale of their love spanning three lives. Another film in the offing on June 22 is Anurag Kashyap’s ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ that has already won fans at the 65th Cannes Film Festival. The movie stars Manoj Bajpai, Jaideep Bajpai and Richa Chadda among many other pro actors. The USP of the movie is said to be its distinctive storyline accented by crass and rustic humor in the backdrop of crime and politics. This flick is one that is strictly not-to-be-missed.
