WATCH: Woman forced to spit, lick her own saliva in Bihar's Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur: A Bihar woman on Sunday was forced to spit on the floor and lick her saliva publicly while a Panchayat session was going on.

The shameful incident took place at Minapur in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district.

The 38-year-old woman Dulari Devi is a member of Bishunpur panchayat samiti.

She and her husband Ram Bachan Sahni were reportedly called by the panchayat to settle a rent dispute matter.

In a clip posted by news agency ANI, a man was seen pushing the woman, throwing her to the ground and asking her to spit and lick her saliva.

As per reports, the woman lodged a complaint on Monday at Panapur police outpost in Meenapur block, which is some 55 kms from Muzaffarpur.
